On-Campus Involvement

Joining MA provides on-campus involvement as our organization meets once every other Wednesday. MA requires no member fees, little involvement outside of bi-weekly club meetings, and provides free food at every meeting.

On-campus involvement can help improve mental health, resumés, and social skills.

MA provides information for many local internship opportunities. Currently, MA members are being chosen to work with the CSU Baja Racing Team, Women in Cannabis Podcast, and The Lyric Cinema. These are niche opportunities that our members have access and connections to.

Gaining Marketing Knowledge

As a club, MA not only wants to help our members succeed socially, but we also want to provide a knowledgable atmosphere that our members benefit from.

By being a MA member, you have access to all information shared by industry professionals and guest speakers, as well as actively participating in group discussions which allow our members to grow in their understanding of marketing topics.

Meeting Industry Professionals

MA provides an amazing opportunity to not only meet other students, but also connect with industry professionals.

Currently this semester, MA has connected our members with companies such as TTI, the Women in Cannabis Podcast, Lyric Cinema, and the CSU Baja Racing Team. As well as guest speakers such as Lindsay Neff, who shared her insights from working in marketing for over ten years.

Meeting with professionals has helped our members excel as they have been able to ask valuable questions, make lasting connections, find internship and work opportunities, and be skillful in their futures in marketing.
Building Connections with Peers

We want all of our members to feel welcome at our meetings, meet other members and connect with them outside of meetings, and expand their social circles as we continue to excel socially and academically.
